Shop Policies

All sales are final. Since the products are custom-made, I do not accept returns or exchanges except in special circumstances.

If your order is undeliverable and returned due to providing an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again if you'd like it to be re-delivered.  Please double-check that your name, mailing address, and email are correct during checkout. 

Your privacy is important and your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a problem.  This shop uses SSL which provides a layer of security when you enter your personal info at checkout.  Payments are processed by Stripe.  

 

Shipping 

All DecarloMatano handmade baby gifts are shipped with environmentally friendly packaging whenever possible via Canada Post or Chitchats.

Orders are custom-made and packaged within 4 business days, you'll receive an email notification once your items have been shipped.

Domestic orders: 3-5 business days. U.S. orders typically arrive within 1-2weeks. 

If you live outside of Canada or the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out and ask.  I will be able to provide a custom shipping quote, if possible.

 

Baby Bottle Covers

The covers are shipped within Canada and to the U.S. The covers are shipped with tracking.  It takes 1-3 days to make the order before shipment.

Greeting Cards
The greeting cards are shipped without tracking and free shipping can be applied at checkout.

Local Pick-Up

We offer local pick-up within the GTA region.  Select "local" at checkout to arrange pick-up.
