Processing Time
All baby bottle covers are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for your item to be created before it ships.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or high‑volume seasons. Ordering early — especially in the first week of December — helps ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Methods
. Canada: Orders ship via Canada Post (domestic and international services).
- United States: Orders ship through ChitChats, which partners with USPS for final delivery
- International: Canada Post international services are used for all destinations outside Canada and the U.S.
All shipments include tracking. Tracking information is emailed once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please note that holidays, weather events, and postal service closures may cause delays beyond my control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos so I can help resolve the issue quickly.

Additional Items (Greeting Cards)
Greeting cards are sold as a separate item. If you purchase a greeting card along with your baby bottle cover, both products will be packaged and shipped together.
